I offer warm, compassionate counselling in Exeter, Devon, and online—a safe space to reconnect with yourself and gently rediscover the spark that’s still there within you.

This is a safe space where compassion and understanding are the cornerstones of my approach. I believe that every individual deserves to be heard and supported, and I aim to provide a nurturing space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Whether you're facing a particular challenge, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or simply seeking a safe place to find "you" again, I’m here to listen without judgment and help you connect with yourself again and find clarity in your life. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to be alongside you, offering empathy and guidance interwoven with psychological theory as we work towards your goals together.

I am based in Exeter, Devon. I offer in-person and online sessions so you can access support in a way that feels most comfortable. 

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work to their ethical framework.
